Question About Sony MP3 Player NW-S202
transferring music...

My mother in law has this mp3 player, she has recently bought a new computer, put sonic stage on and when she went to put more music on the mp3 player it would not do it. The message says the music is on the device but she cant find it. Can someone help please.
