Question About Sony MP3 Player NW-E005
sony walkman nf-e005f will not download from sonicstage...

when i plug in nf-e005f sony walkman into my computer i can not download music from sonicstage.Also my computer does not seem to recognize that the device is plugged in,My usb ports are ok because my keyboard and mouse work fine.
