I have the SWZ S616F model. No issues so far but today when I plugged it into my computer to charge it, the display lit up but didn't show any signs of charging, just the sony logo. Since then the bbuttons are stuck, I can't open, close it - it's stuck on the logo. The hold button is ff, I have tried keeping the buttons pushed for a while, everything. What do I do?
