Whenever I try to hook my MP3 player up to the computer to charge it, instead of hearing the two different tones that tell me the player is connected, I hear three tones that are the same pitch and it doesn't register that the player is connected so I can't charge it or add new music. It worked when I got it a couple days ago, but now I don't know what's wrong.
