Question About Sony Handheld TV KV-32TW78
Please help find the manual for this Sony Portable TV...

Timer/Standby red light blinks and no picture comes on but you can hear the TV and it blinks sometimes for a few minutes and sometimes an hour or more before the pic comes on.
