Question About Sony Clock Radio None

Clock fell off the table and now will not allow me to set the clock unless I unplug it and plug it back in. It will let me set the clock alarm but when the alarm goes off in the morning, everything on the clock is frozen and can not be changed. How can this problem be fixed anyone! Thanks!

0 I realy liked this clock radio untill it fell off the counter and went wacko. See below for more details.
