0 1. Line up the red diamond on the seat pad warning label with the triangle on the back of the seat ring. 2. Fit the elastic loops through the quarter inch gap between the seat ring and rotating rings and hook the elastic loops over the prongs on the bottom of the rotating ring. 3. The plastic tabs on the seat pad are only for reinforcement and don't hook to anything, but should be threaded between the 2 plastic rings.
