How do I get it to change to DST? It's never done...

How do I get it to change to DST? It's never done it by itself, but I usually can hit the right buttons. This time I'm missing church and can't get it to change. If I can't soon, I'm smashing it and getting another brand! Sandy sfeisner@yahoo.com
