Question About Sony Clock Radio ICFC1IP
battery not working...

the old battery ran out and even though i put a new CR2032 lithium battery in (with the + facing up) the clock doesnt work unless the unit's plugged into the wall. I read the instructions and believe i followed them correctly. i need to use the docking station at a place where there's no plug-in. Please help.
