I was listening to mp3 player for about an hour and it just went off. I can not get the device to power back on. I have replaced batterries in device and then reconnected device to computer to try to power on that way. device will not do any thing. This is a new mp3player and was the first time being used when this happened. I dont know if the device is not working properly or if there is something I can do before returning it to store.
