Question About SanDisk MP3 Player bb0709xab
Please help find the manual for this SanDisk MP3 Player...

I need help finding out why my mp3 player has frozen on the screen where it says its still conected when its not connected to the computer at all. I cant get it to do anything at all. It wont shut off or anything.

0 bb0709xab is a Sansa Express.
