My MP3 player has locked up and I can't get it to do anything. When deleting and adding songs and pictures to it I got the note updating system and it started and then locked up completely. Nothing would work not even the power switch, so I let it run down completely and when I plugged it back into the computer to charge it and finish updating it locks up again. The system is less than a year old and only used by my wife occasionally. Any assistance or tips would be greatly appreciated. Thank you Mike 229-269-7197
