i am receiving the message that at error occurred with the installation of the device as service installation section in this INF is invalid. I dont have any idea what this means, the device is connected through my USB right now and all it can do is charge. i dont have any program that comes up to let me take my music from where it is now to be placed on the music player. what do i do?
