Question About SanDisk MP3 Player None

Just got my Sandisk clip 4GB and I am able to upload some music to the internal memory on the computer, but I don't know how to import that to the MP3 player. Why is it in the Internal Memory and yet not showing on my display on the MP3. What have I not done right?
