how can i delete my recording on my mp3?

0 When you connect your mp3 player to your computer windows should ask what you want to do: "Copy files" to/from? "Just open folder to view files?" if you choose to open folder to view files you should see the root directory of the player with several sub folders choose/open the folder "my recordings" or something simular in this folder you should see your files you recorded from the fm radio or the built in microphone locate the file you wish to delete highlight it and press the delete key.
