How do I transfer music from a cd to my new Sansa ...

How do I transfer music from a cd to my new Sansa Fuze 8 GB. No where in the readings does it explain how to do this. I have Windows Media Player 12.0 on my PC. Can you please help me before I take this back to Best Buy and extange it for a more user freindly model. Thank you
