0 MiniDiscs were popular in Japan and Asia as a digital ... electrical impulses are still held contained in within a chip sealed off with doors, that do not allow the memory of the chip to perform or delver its content. 0 is open and 1 is closed. Remember your external device will operaate on a much lower frequency and amperage than your power source, so that yo do not unnessacarily burn up your processor. Good Luck. Jim
