Question About SanDisk MP3 Player M240
cannot install hardware...

Why does this pop up when i connect the mp3 with the usb to the computer: "There was a problem installing this hardware: MTP Device An error occurred during installation of this device: The specified service does not exist as an installed service" ...what does this mean and how do I get it to work so I can down load onto my MP3?
