Question About Samsung MP3 Player None
When I plug my YP-Q2JCB 8GB MP3 Player into my com...

When I plug my YP-Q2JCB 8GB MP3 Player into my computer to recharge, I restart ed my computer. After computer restarted, it didn't recognize the mp3 player. It shows unknown devices. And mp3 screen shows " the USB connected" note all the time. I couldn't do anything with it. Please help me. Thank you. Helen Song
