0 turn it off and when you turn it on hold the power button and volume up button and when the screen shows samsung hold just the volume down button then another screen should come up and it will say reboot system and update and wipe data/factory reset go to factory rest and then it will say yes or no go to yes and when its done wiping the data go to reset and set it up like you did when it was new
