MY FRIEND SENT ME HER MP3 PLAYER, A SAUMSUNG YP-S3JARY/XAA, BUT SHE DIDN SEND THE INSTALLATION CD. THE COMPUTER DOESN RECOGNIZE THE PRODUCT, SO I CANT EVEN USE IT. IS THERE ANY WAY I CAN INSTALL THE SOFTWARE AND FIRMWARE FOR THIS PRODUCT WITHOUT ITS CD? AND I DON EVEN KNOW HOW TO TURN IT ON, IT WONT TURN ON WHEN I FLIP THE SWITCH.
