What do I do when the whole thing 'locks' and I can neither get 'time', 'programme scanning' nor 'factory reset'... I HAVE ALREADY SENT ONE BACK...and I am very sure that no 'abuse' has taken place. It has occured when the CD system had been in use. HELP!!
