Question About RCA Portable DVD Player DRC6338
RCA Portable dvd player not working...

I've only owned this dvd player a short while. It has stopped working. Now it does not go to the start up screen. I just have a white screen and it won't play a dvd. Sent an e-mail to RCA support but no answer yet.
