Question About RCA Handheld TV D40W20
tv problems...

I have a 40" RCA HDTV model: D40w20 and it recently wont power on...the green light comes on and then goes off and comes back on and goes off again but it wont pwer up

3 the electrolitic capacitor on the power supply board blew you need to replace it. it is 220uf 200v
