Question About RCA Handheld TV 20f424t
No Manual with TV!??!!...

I paid for a TV and now cannot use it without a manual and the TV won't even turn on even when I manually turn on the POWER button. I didn't pay for this blackmail via email. I'm taking the TV back to the store and buying one from an ethical company.
