Question About RCA Handheld TV TVF19201BK
Need to know how......

I purchased this model at a sale and when using a universal remote it will not go to every channel. I can punch in each channel but when I scan the stations it does not hit each one. I think it was probably programmed as "favorite channels" but I don't know how to re-program.
