To Whom It May Concern: I am unable to operate your television I just purchased. First of all, I am a very nice, educated, successful person; however, I have been sitting at this $#? computer trying to find your "User's Guide" option in the support section of your website. I need a drink!! Your "Quick Start Guide" states to Read the safety info provided separately before "I" connect and operate "My" TV? I found no information except a slot to place a check mark so I could submit this problem. THE PROBLEM: After Auto Channel Search process is completed, the screen reads (3) Analog and (0)Digital channels. After this message, the screen reads "NO SIGNAL" at the bottom of a blue screen. I am completely frustrated. I just wanted an additional, inexpensive television and by not having (in my possession, like any other purchase I have ever, ever made), I cannot even install it because I do not have the necessary "User's Guide". "Quick Start" obviously did not work and I have installed new televisions before. Also, I was completely unable to access the "Terms and Agreements" regarding updates, manuals, etc. so I could make a rational decision to move forward. I have no idea what type of assistance I will receive, let alone whether or not I have to pay for it! Surely you do not bill people just to operate your products the first time they try to install it effectively. Only when I placed a check mark in the location indicated was I able to Submit my concerns. Please help! I am in the position to ask for assistance. Will you do that? This is such a hassle especially since I have no idea this will even be read let alone my receiving a response that will help me. Thank you, Carrie
