Question About RCA Handheld TV F25422
I can't unlock the parental controls......

I see someone else had this problem - this RCA model needs a code to unlock the parental controls, and I don't have it - got the tv used, no manual - any help would be appreciated - Comcast cleared their codes so we know it's a code issue on the TV itself. Thanks!
