Question About RCA Handheld TV F27443
deactivate/cancel 'Guide Plus-gold'...

I wish to deactivate the feature 'Guide Plus-Gold' as it is too complicated for my elderly Mother to follow. I have called the 1-800 service number, but, alas, their instructions did not work. Please email 'instructions' on how to get back to the regular TV viewing operation ... thank you
