Question About RCA Handheld TV D52W20
Blinking green on/off light...

I touch the on button on the remote. The green on/of light on the on/off button comes on, then off, then on, then off and then stays off. If I manually go to the set and push the button severl times in a row. the set stays on and then works fine. I would also like to know how to remove the panel in front that the control buttons are located on
