0 You set the time by pushing down and holding the 'time' button while pushing the right or left buttons at the same time. You set the alarm the same way, except you push and hold the 'alarm' button. Beware though, once you set the alarm, you may have trouble turning it off for those days when you don't want it to go off. The only way I've been able to do it is by unplugging the thing and resetting the time.
