I have a RP5430 clock radio and I cannot get the alarm off. I have followed the instructions and there is no icon on the left part of the screen but there remains a "2alarm icon" to the RIGHT side of the screen. I cannot get this off and as a result, the alarm goes off every day. Please help. Gail Mattix udmotts@gmail.com
