my radio dial will not turn all the way down to the bottom of the FM dial

4 I suspect the wires that connect to the dial indicator (the small light that indicates the tuning frequency and that moves across the tuning scale as you turn the tuning dial) is impinging on the dial indicator preventing it from moving to the bottom of the FM dial. You have to open the clock radio (not hard to do - note two screws are hidden by rubber feet on bottom). Check to see position of wires in relationship to tuning dial and adjust as necessary.
