I purchased this product last month. From the beginning using it, it wasnot consistently asked for charging. sometimes only played 2 songs, it asked to be recharged, while next role it could be lasted until 3 hours playing. Last night, it performed needed to be formated in my computer screen. It was an error occuring while it's formatted, and now it cannot be detected by my computer. What should I do?
