I bought my dad a mp3 player last Christmas. itsa Polaroid pmp180-4 and when I plug it in its not recognized? first time were using it.

0 Charge it up before plugging it into the computer, that worked for mine. It's recommended that you fully charge the battery before using according to the instructions.
