4 Hi - When the device is connected to your computer, go to the menu page (you may need to click the on/off button to do this), go to settings, and then click on upgrade. You should then be able to open the folder for the device and see the folders (music, pictures, playlist, record, video, etc). At that point, you can copy your files from your computer to your device. Good luck!

2 Connect your device to your computer and copy your music from your computer to the music folder on your MP3.
