how do i download pictures onto polaroid mp3 player pmp 180-4 i download them to player but they won't open up any one else have this problem

0 I have the same problem. The manual (a sheet of paper that came with it) says to delete the metadata attached to the photos. I did that and it still gives me format errors. I made the photos smaller and still get the errors. I hope someone has a solution.
