How do I control sequence of playing downloads on ...

How do I control sequence of playing downloads on my pmp281 player? I have some music and some speaking which is mixed when playing it. A (very) few minutes of speaking, then a song. I want to put all the speaking in a block sequence.

0 The manual does not address this at all. There are 3 symbols on top right of music screen, a figure 8, the letters nor and something I can't make out. I can't get these to do anything trying to use the touch screen. Manual does not mention these either.
