When the player is plugged into the computer the menu screens goes off and it starts charging.

0 that's what it's supposed to do . If you look on your computer, where your hard drives are listed, you'll see a new addition to your hard drives called MP3. open that on your computer and you'll see all the files on your player. That's where you can drag and drop files.

0 Polarold mp3 pmp352-4 player will not play wma files.
