computer doesn't recognize device. Can't download ...

computer doesn't recognize device. Can't download music since device is not showing up. Nothing is, its like it isn't plugged into the USB port. Computer is Windows 7.

5 I was having the same problem. Had to pull the player out of the watchband so that the usb cable would plug in all of the way.
