Question About Philips MP3 Player SA1VBE04K/
Vibe won't charge...

I have had trouble getting my GoGear vibe to charge; there are times I connect it via usb (only option) and it won't connect or charge. It shut down my computer also--do you think it is defective?

0 Plugged in the Vibe via USB, drivers downloaded, nothing is working on the GoGear Vibe now! NOTHING! It won't even come on and my PC isn't acknowledging that I have it plugged into the USB port. Help! Please.

0 I ended up returning mine for a new one; it was the USB cable and connection to the unit itself...the new one works just fine. By the way, the email support service was NOT helpful at all.
