I added a mp4 file (.avi) to the player and then when I disconnected it i got the "updating player" sign but now it has frozed on that screen.. Why is there any need for this "updating" anyway? if files are correctly formated already why do you need to update? what is been updated?? I was very pleased with this product untill this happened.. just before Im going on my 23 hour flight!!!
