About a week ago I turned on my player and none of my songs were on there. So I tried to repair it with Philips Device Manager. A message would come up saying 'Failed to repair the device. Please reconnect the device to the computer. Please close all applications accessing the device and retry.' I've tried to repair it many times and closed all other applications. When I open my player through 'My Computer' and open the music folder there are three artist folders but when I open them there's files with ◙, ô and other text like that and I can't delete them. If someone can help that would be grest. Thanks
