service manual?...

A FRIEND ASKED ME TO LOOK AT HIS CD BURNER. BOTH TRAYS DONT OPEN RIGHT. WITH HELP I GOT THEM TO OPEN AND CLOSE BUT THEN IT DOES NOTHING. WONT READ CD. DOESNT SPIN OR ANYTHING. NOTHING. I WANT TO START WITH A SERVICE MANUAL.
