I just pressed the reset button in the player. now i do not get it working again. if i connect it with my laptop it is getting charged but i do not find the gogear icon on my folder and my laptop does not read it.. i tried with other computers of my friends too... not even a year passed.. what should i do now? please help me.. my husband's first gift.. please..
