Question About Philips MP3 Player None
Player buttons work but the player won't move!...

It turns on just fine, charges just fine, and even the screen works--however, while the buttons work, when I try to reach my music, it won't move out of the video section on the front screen. Is this just a malfunction? Can I fix it?
