We cannot connect wirelessly to our broadband andhave had to connect now with an ethernet cable. When i first tried to install the product and connect to our brodband wirelessly it kept asking for an IP code. I contacted my internet provider and the only code they had didnt fit. Also very often we cannot get the internet radio to work - it just says 'cannot connect to online service'. The whole thing is driving me mad.
