Question About Philips MP3 Player AZ 1045/17
NO POWER TO UNIT BATTERY OR ELECTRIC...

I HAD BOUGHT THIS UNIT FEW DAYS AGO.AT HOME I HAD INSTALLED 6 BATTERIES IN THE COMPARTMENT TO POWER THE UNIT, BUT TO NO AVAIL . THEN I INSTALLED THE DC POWER CORD, STILL NO POWER TO THE UNIT. I COULD NOT FIND THE RESET BUTTON ON THE UNIT. ANY HELP OR SUPPORT FROM YOU WOULD BE MUCH APPRECIATED. THANK YOU KINDLY.
