NEED TO KNOW HOW TO WORK PLAYER...

I'VE BEEN GIVEN A GO GEAR MP3. UNFORTUNATELY THERE IS NO INSTRUCTION BOOK WITH IT. I CAN CET IT TO PLAY BUT I CANNOT GET TO MUSIC AND CHOOSE THE ARTIST. I KNOW IT'S THJERE BECAUSE I HAVE SEEN IT. I JUST KEEP PRESSING ARROWS AND DON'T SEEM TO GEIT ANWHERE. I HOPE YOU CAN HELP ME. THANKYOU MARY
