My computer recognizes the device, and when I open it, all the folders show, but when I click on the MUSIC folder, it shows it searching for the music and folder but never ends up opening, and stays in that search mode. How can I view all my music files, and get it to work so I can add music, because so far, it's not allowing me to add music. I'd appreciate it so much if someone could help me.
